WTTS THE TITS - HARD ROCK RADIO

Listening Guide

This section will feature the cream-of-the-crop, the best of the best when it comes to unitedcypher productions.  New to the site?  This is the perfect way to get an introduction to what we do!

"unitedcypher presents" is our show of other shows like Anime Alphabet and Fallout Forecast as well as older improv radio where nearly anything can happen, though it's mostly a compilation of our collective life experiences mixed with a bucket of lies and half-cocked accents.

Anime Alphabet Series Wrap-up

The end of this series a good place to start.  Join Evan and DeHart as they reflect back on the completion of this 6 month project with special guest Cheats.  They relive some of the ups and downs of titles covered during the run of the show and serves as a good preview before going back and starting from the beginning.

Paranaelianomoly

The Mysteries of the Universe are unveiled!  Join ex-scientist and Poleitsher Prize winning war correspondant Paul Miller as he interviews a war veteran who was allegedly abducted and brain-raped by aliens, the publisher and co-author of a book on the aforementioned brain-rape, and a skeptic who thinks that both of them are denying the truth.... About Spacesquatch!

"Motion Picture Meltdown" is a movie review podcast without the sponsors or the prestigious hollywood trappings.  It is produced by Stephen and hosted by Stephen, Philip, Cheats, and DeHart along with the occasional guests.  It's a fast paced show that's hilarious from start to finish.

Ep 139 - The Safe Word Is Banana Pudding!

Welcome back to Not-So Superhero September for Motion Picture Meltdown! We continue our theme with a couple of crappy super-hero movies from the 90's. Phil, DeHart, and Stephen get together with Joel Mengel from The Pod People Podcast once again to roast through Sam Raimi's Darkman as well as Blankman.

Ep 206 - I Murdered Your Father, Wearing Your Father.

This week we kick off the new year by roasting through a couple of John Woo action "classics" from the 1990's. We go over the 1993 hit starring Jean-Claude Van Damme, Hard Target as well as John Woo's follow up from 1995, Face/Off.

MPM: Ep. 277 - Don't Rock The Chestnut Cart

Hey everyone! Welcome to another episode of Motion Picture Meltdown! We decided there was no way in hell we could watch any more Mockbusters, so we decided to do a couple of Jackie Chan movies instead. Strangely enough, we haven't done ANY Jackie Chan movies ever, so these were a real treat for us. Cheats chooses the movies for us this week, and we go through Rush Hour and The Shinjuku Incident. In this episode, we discuss whether heroes are allowed to be racist to villains, we talk about Jackie Chan as a villain, and discuss the Jackie Chan weapons we want to see. Enjoy!

Hey everyone! We're giving you a special extra episode this week to finish up Action April and prepare for the The Monster Month of May. In this episode of Motion Picture Meltdown, I pick a couple of Jean-Claude Van Damme movies for us to roast through. This week we touch up on In Hell and Sudden Death. You'll hear us rank our top five action stars, we take a look at how close Sudden Death is to Die Hard, and deicde that Ghost Moth is a pretty good band name. Enjoy!

MPM: Ep. 249 - Buddha Should Always Face East

Hey Everyone! Thanks for checking out another great episode of Motion Picture Meltdown! Cheats decides to torture the rest of us this week by choosing a couple of video game-based movies that we somehow haven't gotten to yet. Even worse, he picks a couple of movies based on popular fighting games, but not too popular like Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter, he picks Tekken and DOA: Dead Or Alive. In this episode, you'll hear us talk about our favorite fighting games, we find out that DOA is more based on the Volleyball game spinoff of it, and we salute our MPM actor champion. Enjoy!

MPM: Ep. 228 - We All Have A Little Florida Man In Us.

Hey everyone! Welcome to another episode of Motion Picture Meltdown! Monster May is over, and we continue our regularly scheduled podcasting by letting Cheats McGee pick the movies for this week. He picks a couple of throwbacks to old-school Kung Fu movies! This week we roast through RZA's written/directed/acted movie, The Man With The Iron Fists along with a surprisingly awesome Indonesian film, The Raid. In this episode, you'll hear about our chosen foreign wildcard fighting styles, Philip's reluctancy to believe lightbulbs can do deadly damage, and we gush over The Raid's main villain, Mad Dog. Enjoy!

MPM: Ep 203 - Tornado 3:16

Hello everyone! Welcome again to another episode of Motion Picture Meltdown! We continue this great holiday season by giving our listeners the gifts of roasting through movies of their choice. This week we go through a couple of pretty terrible requests, one being from my wife Brandi. She requested that we roast through the 1996 blockbuster hit Twister. Our second request is from our listener and a guest host on Naked in a Pit Jordan! He requested Gymkata. In this episode, you will hear us discuss the ultimate holiday death game, the fact that Twister is just Jaws with tornadoes, and my constant dislike for Bill Paxton. Enjoy!
